What to expect

There are a few key stages to the process and the order in which they take place may differ depending on the role you have applied for.

  • Criterion-based interview - We will ask questions to establish your skills, knowledge, experience and personal qualities.
  • Gallup Interview - This may be online or conducted by telephone and will present you with a variety of questions designed to get a true picture of your strengths and behavioural qualities as an individual
  • Other types of assessment - This could include Case Study, Bespoke testing or Presentations
