What to expect

There are a few key stages to the process. Firstly, we’ll invite you to attend a criterion-based interview, where we’ll assess your skills, knowledge, behaviour and personal qualities. If you’re successful at this stage, you’ll progress to a structured Gallup interview. This is carried out over the phone and will present you with a range of questions designed to get a true picture of you as a person.
