Why do you want the job?

Try to focus on why you really want this role, and why you want to work for us as a company. More importantly, what will make us want to consider your application?

Reflect on your past experiences

Know your skills, strengths and areas that can be improved on. Think about what influenced your choice of subjects at school, and why you went to a particular university.

Be yourself

Use the Gallup interview to talk freely and honestly about yourself, and try to enjoy it.
