Invest in your future with our graduate programmes

If you’re a forward-thinking, ambitious graduate with a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline, we can offer you several different graduate career routes. Each one will bring out the best in you – giving you exposure to a range of business areas and first-class personal mentoring.

There are three distinct career paths, within Distribution and Client Services, Investment Operations and Investment Management. Within the first two areas, you’ll be offered a two-year rotating programme together with the chance to study courses to bolster your technical knowledge. For example, we’ll support you in achieving your Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) and Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Or you could opt to become a Trainee Investment Manager, assigned to one of our equity desks or international bond teams. Graduates here are at the front line of investment decisions, analysing the markets, visiting companies and meeting with company executives and brokers.

Whatever your strengths, we’ll harness and develop them. As well as the analytical accuracy needed to succeed in the investment industry, we also value highly-motivated individuals with strong creativity, commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.
