First-round interview and ability tests

What to expect

The first-round interview is a structured interview that builds on the information you provided in your application form, and further assesses your ability to meet the role’s criteria.

It’s important that you’ve prepared thoroughly beforehand so you can best demonstrate your understanding of your skills, your knowledge of our company and your reasons for wanting to work for us.

If we select you for interview, we may also ask you to complete an online numerical and/or verbal reasoning test. We’ll let you know about the relevant tests well in advance, to allow you time to prepare.

After the interview, we’ll do our best to come back to you as quickly as possible to advise on the next steps.
